My friend the address in questioned is the Stephen Decatur Middle School, which is located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.

From your starting point at Madison and 116th Street, walk two blocks east along 116th Street to Lexington Avenue as indicated on the map at the link below.

Once at Lexington Avenue and 116th Street, enter the 116th Street subway station and take the downtown (southbound) 6 local train (Green Line on the subway map) from there to the 86th Street.

At 86th Street, transfer downstairs to the Brooklyn-bound (southbound) 4 or 5 express train (Green Line), which will take you from there to Fulton Street.

Once at Fulton Street, follow the directional signs to the "A", "C", 2 and 3 train (Blue and Red Lines). Take the Brooklyn-bound (southbound) "A" or "C" train (Blue Line) from Fulton Street/Broadway-Nassau to Utica Avenue.

Once you get to Utica Avenue, exit the subway and follow the walking directions on the map at the link below.

Walk west on 116th Street until you get to Lenox Avenue. Catch the Number 2 train going to Brooklyn. Get off at Park Place Station. Walk over the the Chambers Street Station and catch the Euclid Avenue bound C train. Get off the C train at Kingston-Throops and walk the few blocks to MacDonough Street.Someone give me directions?
