I need to buy a new enclosure for this hard drive. should i be looking for a 3.5" drive? how can you tell which size you need?

It looks like a 3.5" but it's hard to tell based on JUST the dimensions. But since the depth dimension is big enough to support a 3.5" (and the external isn't called an ultra-portable), what you need to look for is a 3.5" IDE hard drive enclosure. Taking OUT the current hard drive will be harder than you might think. Most pre-made external hard drives weren't meant to be taken apart. If it really is the enclosure that isn't working (not the hard drive that's faulty), you should just get a philips screw driver, unscrew EVERYTHING, and try to pry it apart (usually, there are plastic clips inside holding the two sides together. Once you get it open, there should be four screws (two on each side) holding the hard drive inside the enclosure. Simply take those out and unplug the drive. Do the reverse to install the drive into the new enclosure.Is this hard drive a 3.5" drive? how can you tell?
Well for starters a hard drive is measured across its width, the narrowest part. There is no need to take anything apart. You take the hard drive and place it in the enclosure connecting it with the enclosure connectors. They all come with instructions.

Anyone remember old tank game?

This has been driving me nuts lately. When I was a little kid, early 21th century i guess, haha, we used to play this arcade-like game on our mums laptop. Sadly, we threw it away years ago, however, I distinctly remember the gameplay, yet not the title.



You control a tank, in an underground facility, where you drive around killing robot/alien giant spiders, or something in that general direction. It has an orthographic view (i think), where you see it from above, at around a 40-45 degree angle. So the facility where you drive around has no roof/ceiling, if you understand what I mean. If you want to get an idea of what I am talking about, you can google angry bots, to see the modern counterpart. In gameplay and graphics, at least, it is eerily similar.

Even if you were to find it, chances are it would be incredibly hard to come by and would be fairly expensive. In my opinion, I would recommend you stick to the modern counterpart of the game, as it is likely to not be as expensive as the old game you are referring to.
