Driving directions in North and South America?

Can anyone tell me where I can get international driving directions specifically in north, south, latin america combined and NO Google maps and Map quest do not work so don't even try it!|||http://www.maps2anywhere.com/Maps/South_鈥?/a>|||South America uses the same rules we do. There are not many highways so finding the directions between larger cities is easy.|||Hire drivers who know the countries you will visit. Or buy local maps from gasoline stations or the governments|||AAA? id just download google earth and map it out yourself. or get a GPS and download world maps on it
